With the homeowner’s permission, Housworth Construction completed a full exterior inspection of a Suwanee, Georgia, property that had clearly seen better days. Prior to contacting our office, this customer had attempted multiple repairs to fix a leaking roof. One of our certified roof inspectors Eric, determined that this customer had multiple issues which were contributing to water penetration and roof leaks throughout. The main problem areas were as follows:

1.) Ponding Water - Water that sits and does not drain off the roof system.

2.) Open seams in the roof membrane.

3.) Improperly installed flashing which tied into a stucco wall.
