Housworth Construction, the local experts in roofing and exterior work, received a call to inspect a 15-year-old roof that had deteriorated and needed attention. From the outside, it was evident that some of the shingles appeared weathered and worn. In such a beautiful neighborhood, you wouldn't want your property to lose value or be the homeowner whose house becomes an eyesore.
Housworth Construction provided a No-obligation, Free estimate completed by our trusted salesperson. He went over the inspection, showed photos of the roof storm damage, and disclosed the entire roofing process from removal to installation. After the consultation, this property owner upgraded their roof from a 3-TAB shingle to Owens Corning Duration Shingles in Desert Tan.
From start to finish, the property owner was pleased with the process and how we took into consideration the surrounding landscaping while protecting the property's assets.
When the homeowners in Suwanee, GA, noticed their deck tiles had grown dull, chipped, and weather-worn, they reached out to Housworth Construction for help. Known in the Greater Atlanta area for their expert exterior remodeling services, Housworth provided them with a hassle-free, no-obligation estimate. With no pressure and a straightforward quote in hand, the homeowners felt confident putting the project in trusted hands.
Once the estimate was approved, Housworth’s skilled crew began by carefully removing the old, tired deck tiles, making sure to prep the surface properly so it could support a fresh finish. They then installed brand-new, weather-resistant tiles, giving the deck a modern, revitalized look. After the new tiles settled in, the team took extra care to touch up the deck ledger, reinforcing both the safety and the seamless appearance of the structure. The result was a beautifully refreshed outdoor living space, exactly the kind of long-lasting, high-quality transformation Housworth delivers through their deck design and installation services.
With the homeowner’s permission, Housworth Construction completed a full exterior inspection of a Suwanee, Georgia, property that had clearly seen better days. Broken and missing shingles covered sections of the roof, the gutters were sagging with rust and holes, and several wooden window seals had begun to rot. These issues not only affected the home’s appearance but also put it at risk for moisture intrusion and further structural damage. The “Before” photos captured just how much attention the home needed.
A closer look revealed that much of the roof damage stemmed from a poorly completed repair in the past, particularly along the back of the house. The team removed the faulty materials and restored the roof with durable, high-quality shingles. The old gutters, which could no longer be salvaged, were completely replaced with a new system designed to manage water properly and protect the foundation. Damaged windows were upgraded with new Pella windows, and one severely deteriorated window was fully replaced due to a broken lock and extensive wood rot.
With the structural repairs complete, the final step was cosmetic, a fresh coat of exterior paint, selected at the homeowner’s request. This finishing touch tied everything together, dramatically improving the home’s curb appeal. The transformation was striking, and the “After” photo showcased a revitalized property that was not only more beautiful but also far better protected for years to come.
We installed Owens Ocorning "TOTAL PROTECTION ROOFING SYSTEM" and upgraded this customer to architectural shingles and ridge vents. Also, our painters came out to do interior drywall repairs and paint too.
Prior to contacting our office, this customer had attempted multiple repairs to fix a leaking roof. One of our certified roof inspectors Eric, determined that this customer had multiple issues which were contributing to water penetration and roof leaks throughout. The main problem areas were as follows:
1.) Ponding Water - Water that sits and does not drain off the roof system.
2.) Open seams in the roof membrane.
3.) Improperly installed flashing which tied into a stucco wall.
Needless to say, the customer was extremely happy with our company and our workmanship!
