Exterior Remodeling Before & After Photos

Prior to contacting our office, this customer had attempted multiple repairs to fix a leaking roof. One of our certified roof inspectors Eric, determined that this customer had multiple issues which were contributing to water penetration and roof leaks throughout. The main problem areas were as follows:

1.) Ponding Water - Water that sits and does not drain off the roof system.

2.) Open seams in the roof membrane.

3.) Improperly installed flashing which tied into a stucco wall.

Needless to say, the customer was extremely happy with our company and our workmanship!

This customer had 10 different contractors look at his home and they turned down this project since none of them wanted the liability to fix. Our crew removed old brick which was leaking and we converted the front to Hardie Plank siding.

These homeowners in Lawrenceville had sustained a bit of damage to their roof and they called Housworth Construction to come out and take a closer look. We were able to conduct a full roof replacement which really transformed the exterior of this home. They homeowners were thrilled, and we were happy to help!
