From the outside, it was evident that some of the shingles appeared weathered and worn. In such a beautiful neighborhood, you wouldn't want your property to lose value or be the homeowner whose house becomes an eyesore.

He went over the inspection, showed photos of the roof storm damage, and disclosed the entire roofing process from removal to installation. After the consultation, this property owner upgraded their roof from a 3-TAB shingle to Owens Corning Duration Shingles in Desert Tan.

With the homeowner’s permission, Housworth Construction completed a full exterior inspection of a Suwanee, Georgia, property that had clearly seen better days.
