We went out and gave a Free estimate to Matt on his windows, that were starting to show signs of wear & tear. The framework needed to be resealed, replaced, or touched up in several areas near the front of the home.

This style of roof is very popular for its colorful look and high performing, weather resistant durability. Our builder, Perdo, has begun the framing process, carefully installing the box frame for the new layout. The groundwork is being laid out for what will soon be a beautiful, fully upgraded bathroom. The pipes for the new Jacuzzi tub have been positioned, and we’re getting ready for its installation. You can see the meticulous work being done as the plumbing for the tub and other fixtures takes shape.

In addition to the tub installation, the shower plumbing system is also nearing completion. Papito, one of our experienced plumbers, is on-site demonstrating the precise locations where new piping will go. It's always a complex process to ensure everything is perfectly aligned, but Papito’s expertise ensures the job is done right.

As part of the remodel, we also moved all plumbing to accommodate the new cabinet, vanity, and sink placement. We're committed to attention to detail, which means every pipe and connection is carefully adjusted to meet the highest standards and local building codes. With every step, we’re making sure everything flows smoothly—literally and figuratively.

Once all the plumbing work is fully completed, we'll begin the next phase of the remodel: the tile flooring installation. It’s an exciting transition as we prepare to bring in some stunning, high-quality tiles that will transform the space.

Kerry was keeping our team busy this month with another project. After we finished adding a new fireplace in the bedroom and a retaining wall to add curb-side appeal, we finished off our remodel with a brand-new Owens Corning Asphalt Roof. The Sand Castle shingles look great and brighten up this home's already beautiful property.

We began the project by expanding the front room to create additional living space. Our team removed two walls, installed recessed lighting to enhance the interior brightness, and painted the walls in Sherwin Williams' "Agreeable Gray" (SW7029).

We believe in sharing specific product details, such as paint colors, so future clients can confidently choose the color tones that will best suit their homes. The room expansion turned out beautifully, and the homeowner was extremely pleased with the results.

Housworth Construction created an amazing porch design for a customer in Suwanee, GA. We began the remodel by redoing Cindy's walkway, tuckpointing it to enhance its visual appeal.

Our trained professionals then moved to the back of the home to build a beautiful porch addition. We started by installing Trex Enhanced Basic Flooring in a saddle complexion. Trex flooring was chosen for its superior durability, low maintenance, and resistance to fading, staining, and mold, unlike traditional wood decking which requires regular upkeep and is prone to weathering and decay.

A loyal customer reached out to Housworth Construction to complete a re-decking project. Our team began by constructing a brand-new deck at the rear of the residence. We initiated the process by building the framework, enhancing the property with an addition that amplified its value and allure.

Upon completion of the construction phase, the homeowner expressed a desire for a distinctive stained finish for the new deck. Our team fulfilled this request precisely as envisioned. We meticulously applied multiple coats of stain, achieving the deep, opulent finish that Condy had envisioned and desired.

Cindy, a local homeowner in Suwanee, GA needed to repair her brick walkway that leads up to the front of her home. Housworth Construction presented a solution to fix the present issue. Using the tuckpointing method, our masonry contractor used a process to refinish or repair the motor joints between the stones. This process uses a narrow ridge of lime putty or a fine lime mortar.

We could have recommended a complete removal of the current bricks but because the stones were in a reusable condition, we decided that tuckpointing was the best option for our customer. The evidence in the photos will demonstrate the quality of our work and how we make every effort to please every customer.

This contemporary Kitchen Remodel is nestled away in a quiet section of Suwanee, GA. From top to bottom, we renovated this kitchen space into a fully functional, cookhouse. 

From the new cabinets, painted in a pearl white and giving off a glossy finish, to the amazing granite countertops in Chocolate Brazil Granite. Roger, the owner, was looking for something different and his choice of countertop is one of the top styles in 2024. We then finished this new kitchen with a section that doubles as a small office area.  

With the flooring, we kept it simple and the homeowner went with a standard wood-style finish. Overall, this remodeled kitchen looks great and shouts sophistication.   

When our customer Kelly explained how the room having a left angle was a huge eye sore for her, we brainstormed & came up with installing shiplap perfectly square & painting to remove the eye sore. We first measured & used blue tape to have a visual of what it would look like. Kelly was thrilled with how the shiplap was going to look. Housworth then went into action & installed it on the angled wall. Once it was all finished, the home office was totally transformed & our customer was happy.

Our customer Kelly's main objective was to reduce the wall to make it counter height & not bar height, give the kitchen more open space & to also remove the peekaboo opening that was only installed because the column was needed for support. Housworth was able to remove the column & installed a beam to allow this transformation. Kelly was thrilled with the finished remodeling look.
