Suwanee, GA Exterior Deck Remodel

At Housworth Construction, we specialize in creating beautiful, long-lasting outdoor living spaces, and our recent deck transformation project is no exception. A local property owner contacted our team with a request to update their existing outdoor deck, which had worn and outdated tiles. They were looking for a simple yet effective way to enhance the aesthetic and functionality of their space without undergoing a full deck rebuild.

Our experienced crew started by removing the original tilework, which had seen years of wear and tear from the Georgia elements. With precision and care, we cleared the area and thoroughly prepared the surface for a fresh installation. We then laid brand-new, weather-resistant tiles that not only revived the look of the deck but also improved durability for future seasons. Alongside the tile installation, our team completed a light cleaning around the project site to ensure the area looked as polished as the work we performed. We also addressed a few minor touch-ups on the deck’s ledger boards, restoring the structural integrity and finishing the project with a professional touch.

This tile replacement is a great example of how Housworth Construction can transform an existing deck into a refreshed, functional space without requiring a total overhaul. Whether it’s deck resurfacing, custom building, or a complete remodel, our team delivers lasting results tailored to your vision.
