We started by working our way from the top down. We surfaced the stucco chimney before removing & installing the new roofing shingles. This garage floor got a much needed paint job. Our customer was tired of looking at the dirty oily floor from the previous owners. Housworth Construction helped our customer pick the color & after a few days it was ready to be parked in.

The ceiling was also carefully engineered with a slight slope, approximately two inches per foot, to direct condensation toward the walls, preventing water from dripping directly onto users. Even the tile selection played a role in maintaining the proper pitch and structural integrity of the ceiling.
