This homeowner wasn't sure if they were looking into repairing or replacing their current siding. The deteriorating condition as well as the age of the siding was starting to come full circle. Finding a trusted contractor isn't an easy process. Didler took the time to research local siding companies in the surrounding of Cumming, GA. and after narrowing it down to a few, he found Housworth Construction. Based on the great Google reviews they have been getting over the last several months, they figured to give them a try.

Once Housworth arrived on site, our professional team needed to assess the current condition of the siding. This will have a big part in determining whether or not this can be a simple repair or if we have to recommend a full-siding replacement. Another factor is whether we find an exact siding match. Due to the age of the siding, finding a match is very difficult to do. 

Didier sat down with our sales team to review all of his options and after consulting with our trusted team, the only choice was to do a complete siding replacement. The property owner was looking to make the outside of the home stand out a little more than before. Didler decided to go with new siding in a Nomadic Desert color. For the shutters and trim, they went with a Baked Cookie to complement the new siding. 

Once the job was completed, the homeowner couldn't have been more pleased with the results! 

Bill needed his roof repaired and was torn between doing some patch repairs vs doing a full roof replacement. After serious consideration and consulting with my expert team, this old, weathered damaged shingle roof was replaced by the professionals at Hosuworth Construction.

We replaced the old roof with a new Owens Corning 25-Year Shingle roof. Bill, the homeowner, chose it in Estate Grey. This style complements the existing red clay brick siding. Even though the roofing shingles were in a more conventional color, they still brought this home back to life.  

We completed the transformation in only a couple of days and made sure that Bill was happy with the results. In the end, that was exactly the case. Another satisfied Housworth Construction customer.

This was a previous customer that we repaired their roof years ago. They contacted us after a hail storm and we helped them through the insurance claims process. We installed Owens Corning's "TOTAL PROTECTION ROOFING SYSTEM" along with Duration shingles with SureNail technology. In addition, we replaced the gutters/downspouts and their window screens.

Our customer wanted to refresh the living room from the color Cardboard to Summit Gray (SW7669) by Sherwin Williams. The transformation was amazing & made it look like a million bucks.

The bookcase was repainted from a shimmer green to a shimmer light gray/ pearl. Our customers goal was to lighten the bookshelves & to give them a facelift. It took lots of primer & multiple coats to achieve the goal.
