The Housworth Construction team is working on a new roof, chimney, & gutter replacement project in the Milton, GA service area. Cheryl, a proud property owner, was researching to find a trustworthy roofing contractor to visit her home, discuss her project ideas, and execute them to the fullest. An inspection of the roof, chimney, and gutters was conducted on the same day and found evidence that supported her home's needs. The general rule is that a roof needs to be replaced every 20 years. While inspecting the roof, we saw reasons to remove and replace the gutters. This is a common practice when replacing your roof. We started by working our way from the top down. We surfaced the stucco chimney before removing & installing the new roofing shingles.
