Employing the tuckpointing technique, our skilled masonry contractor undertook the task of refinishing or repairing the mortar joints between the stones. This method involves applying a narrow ridge of lime putty or fine lime mortar.

While a complete removal of the current bricks could have been suggested, we determined that tuckpointing was the optimal choice for our client, as the stones were still in a reusable condition.

Our remodeling team began the project by removing the 2 walls, installing additional recessed lighting to brighten up the inside, and painting the walls an Agreeable Gray by Sherwin Williams SW7029.
