Our customer was getting rid of the outdated, 1970s kitchen and going with a contemporary kitchen remodeled design. We replaced the old flooring with beautiful bamboo flooring. Julio picked out oak-style cabinets for their amazing look, Sea-pearl granite countertops to make the new kitchen gleam and top-of-the-line Viking appliances to finish off this brand-new modernized Kitchen. 

We recommended painting the walls to compliment the aesthetics of this remodeled kitchen. Previously, the kitchen was painted in an olive green shade which didn't match well. Painting the walls in a matching pearl white shade was just what was needed to make the new kitchen pop!

The transformation started with replacing the old shower with a sleek, frameless glass enclosure, featuring a custom multi-shelved niche for added convenience and organization. Next, we removed the outdated ceramic tub and installed a contemporary acrylic model that blends comfort with modern aesthetics.

To elevate the look and feel of the space, we replaced the original 12"x12" floor tiles with polished 12"x24" white marble tiles. This upgrade not only gave the room a more expansive appearance but also reduced grout lines for a cleaner, more elegant finish.

The homeowner was looking for a wall to be removed to allow a counter height bar in the kitchen. This transformation will increase the kitchen square footage & allow room for future upgrades, while making the area more spacious. 

Lauren wanted to update the bathroom floor tile. Housworth Construction removed the bathroom tile & installed a ceramic tile with a design. The ceramic tile was picked from Floor & Decor.
