Housworth Construction assembled an amazing porch design for a customer in Suwanee, GA. We started this remodel by redoing Cindy's walkway. She needed us to tuckpoint the walkway to make it more visually appealing.

Our trained professionals then moved their attention to the backend of the home to build a beautiful porch addition for our homeowner. We started this porch/deck by installing Trex Enhanced Basic Flooring in a Saddie complexion.  

The next steps included adding the support beams, ceiling, and full staircase. We finished off the job by applying a contemporary stain that added a touch of elegance. Overall, our customer couldn't have been more pleased with the results.  

This homeowner called Housworth Construction to help remove their existing hallway wall. We started the remodel by opening a front room to increase the living space. Our remodeling team began the project by removing the 2 walls, installing additional recessed lighting to brighten up the inside, and painting the walls an Agreeable Gray by Sherwin Williams SW7029.

Well like disclosing the exact color and paint we prefer to use so all of our future customers know which tone looks best in their home. The room expansion came out beautifully and the homeowner couldn't have been happier.

We refinished the flooring in the bedrooms by applying fresh stains to bring out the floors' beauty and revive the worn-down wood look. Selecting the right stain is an important part of the decision-making process. Too light or too dark and it will throw off the lighting balance. We were able to make the color just the way the homeowner envisioned.    

Housworth Construction Revitalizes Home Exterior with Fresh Repaint. 

A new customer approached Housworth Construction, looking to refresh the exterior of their home. They wanted a modern and refined look, so they opted for a full repaint, choosing a slightly darker shade of grey to beautifully contrast with their pearl white trim.

While we provided recommendations for additional upgrades, such as replacing the current siding, the homeowner preferred the flexibility of simply changing the color. This decision allowed them to maintain the home’s existing charm while creating a fresh, unique appearance.
