Interior Remodeling - A Kitchen Remodel in Watkinsville, GA | Interior Kitchen Renovation

Every great remodel starts long before the first cabinet comes out. In Watkinsville, Georgia, Richard Housworth, owner of Housworth Construction, stands in the middle of a kitchen that’s about to be transformed and walks us through the plan. The existing hood is staying put, so it will be carefully protected while everything around it changes. All of the cabinets and countertops are coming out, the appliances are being replaced, and the fridge will be relocated along with a section of the existing counter area. The oven will slide over a few feet to give the room a better flow. Richard explains each step of the prep so the home stays protected and demo day goes smoothly, with no surprises.

Once the old kitchen is cleared away, the new one takes shape. Fresh cabinets and countertops will be joined by all-new appliances, including a new dishwasher and a reworked garage drawer. New countertop lighting and pendant lights will bring out the beauty of the finished space. It’s a layout designed around how the homeowners actually live, not just new finishes. Follow along as Housworth Construction takes this Watkinsville kitchen from old to new, one careful step at a time.
