Replaced and Installed new Tile Flooring in Marietta, GA

When the homeowner’s basement in Marietta, GA, was flooded, the damage left the bedroom, den, and bathroom floors unusable. As part of an insurance claim, Housworth Construction was called in to help restore the space and bring it back to a clean, functional condition. After the water-damaged materials were removed and the area was properly dried and prepared, our team developed a plan to install a durable, moisture-resistant flooring solution that would stand up to future basement conditions.

The customer selected a new tile from Floor & Decor, a smart choice for areas that are more prone to moisture and humidity. Tile is a practical and long-lasting option for basements, offering both durability and easy maintenance. Housworth Construction focused solely on the flooring portion of the project, as the homeowner chose to handle painting the walls and ceiling themselves. This clear scope of work allowed the installation to stay efficient while still delivering expert-level craftsmanship.

Our experienced crew installed new tile flooring in all three areas: the basement, bedroom, den, and bathroom, ensuring precise placement, proper adhesion, and seamless grout lines for a finished, polished look. The result was a beautiful, updated basement floor that not only restored the damaged spaces but also added lasting value and protection for the future. The homeowners were able to move forward with confidence, knowing their basement was rebuilt with quality materials and professional care from Housworth Construction.
