Houseworth replaced my roof in 2012. I was pleased then and pleased now. I had one nagging issue with a gutter. it was identified during the installation (It leaks from one end) and immediate action was taken. However, it started leaking again several months later. I called Houseworth and they send someone over. Unfortunately, the diagnosis at the time was a clogged gutter. I was not charged, and was very embarrassed. It was leaking over a very old deck, and kind of slipped into the background. Fast forward to Spring of 2018. We installed a new deck, and with all the rain, the leaking gutter jumped back into the picture. I spent a couple of months watching it - making sure it wasn't clogged, using a shop vac to drain the water, and even trying Flex seal. From what I observed, the gutter was only draining halfway- water pooled up at the end cap, and drained out the other half. I contacted Houseworth, and, after filling out some paperwork, they came out to assess. Turns out the Fascia board behind the deck was not level. The gutter was aligned to the Fascia, and this made it "level". they promptly re-aligned the gutter at no charge. I sincerely appreciate them sticking to the warranty with no pushback. Thank you!
